Nicolette has held leadership roles in media and management transformation. Multilingual, she earned her MBA from École des Ponts Business School, Paris.
Oveda Hancock, Head of Business Development
Oveda is the Grande Dame of fundraising, grants, partnerships and licenses. Admitted to Georgetown University at just 14, she went on to earn her BBA, MBA, and JD there. She rocks.
Oveda has worked with 50 of the world’s largest corporations and has her feet deeply planted and firmly rooted in the business and development community.
She guides our way for finding sponsorships, grants and funding to produce content that we all know matters and what the world needs more of.

Kurt Schneidt, Executive Producer In Residence
An accomplished former producer for Discovery Channel, Kurt lives for great video, documentary and content production. That's why he's our exec producer in residence and go-to person for compelling video content and documentary films.
He also has his own company where he helps brands to be ready to shine and capture the market.

Abdiel “Happy” Garcia
Originally from Puerto Rico, Happy started out in theater production and stage audio. His passion for technical production grew from there, and he branched out into television and video.
Today, he often serves as Technical Director of Smart Sustainability.
Happy loves trying new things and giving new talent the chance to learn hands-on.
